How it works
The wireless pet barrier helps keep your pet away from restricted areas like rooms, trash bins, or furniture. Place the barrier transmitter near the area to be avoided, and it will emit anadjustable circular radio signal with a range of up to approximately 7 feet. Your pet wears a receiver collar equipped with contact points that ensure contact with the skin on their neck to make the static correction effective.
When your pet enters the Barrier Area, the collar emits two audible beep tones as a warning before initiating static correction. The static correction level will follow the preset A or B setting. The correction lasts for up to 15 seconds but immediately stops once your pet exits the restricted zone. If your pet remains within the zone, the collar will apply a static correction every 5s, pausing entirely after 3 minutes to ensure safety and comfort.
Barrier Transmitter: Transmits a wireless radio signal to establish the boundary.
Barrier Area: Area that you want to prevent your pet from gaining access to.
Receiver Collar: Receives the wireless radio signal from the Barrier Transmitter to enforce the boundary.
Modes A, B and AB
If you have multiple pets, you may want to allow one pet access to an area while restricting another. By adding extra Receiver Collars and Barrier Transmitters, you can achieve this using the Mode A and Mode B settings. Each Receiver Collar can operate in either Mode A or B, while each Barrier Transmitter can be set to Mode A, B, or AB for flexible configurations.Barrier Transmitters and Receiver Collars come preset to Mode A.
Additional collars and transmitters are sold separately.
- When the barrier transmitter is in Mode A, the collar paired with Mode The will block the dog wearing that collar from entering the signal range. A collar paired with Mode B will not be alerted by the barrier transmitter Mode A signal.
- When the barrier transmitter is in Mode B, the collar paired with Mode B will block the dog wearing that collar from entering the signal range. The collar paired with Mode A will not be alerted by the barrier transmitter Mode B signal.
- When the barrier transmitter is in AB mode, the barrier transmitter prohibits all dogs wearing collars from entering the range, regardless of whether the collar is A or B.
Button functions
- Power button : Power on/off
- Mode button : Mode switching and enter pairing
- Distance button : Adjust the barrier distance level
- Static button : Adjust the static level
Function display
Turn ON/OFF
Collar: Press the power button for 2s to turn on/off (After turning on, the green indicator light flashes once every 2s.)
Barrier Transmitter: Press and hold the power button for 1s to turn on/off.
Distance range adjustment
Press the barrier area distance (radius) button repeatedly(
), and the distance level will be displayed from 0 to 6 levels.
(The launch distance gradually increases from a minimum of 0.7 FT to approximately 7 FT The above distance levels are tested at horizontal distances. Testing at different heights will have some impact. Please test according to the usage environment.)
Static correction adjustment
Cycle short-press the static putton( (4), the static level cycles from blank to 6 grids.(No grid means no static, and 6 grids means the strongest static)
When the dog enters the barrier area
- When the mode is set to No Static, the dog in this mode will not receive static when entering the barrier area.
- The static level can be set separately for mode A or mode B.
Multiple barrier transmitter considerations
- When a collar is paired with multiple barrier transmitters, thedistance between each transmitter must be greater than 26FT,otherwise they will interfere with each other.
- The distance range of the barrier is affected by the placementmethod, and thedistance range of the same level at different heights is usually different.
Factors affecting barrier signal
Keep away from metal objects when using barriers. Do not place or hang the transmitter on metal objects.
Please test the distance level of the barrier to find the level suitable for the environment where you use the barrier distance. Please note that the signal will be affected by different heights and different environments. When you hang the barrier transmitter on the wall or place it horizontally on the ground, the distance of the same level will usually be different(The distances shown in figure 2 are for reference only).
Pairing
(Already paired at the factory) Short press (
) for 1s to turn on the collar. When the barrier transmitter is turned on, short press (
) to select the channel (A or B) to be paired. This step requires adjusting the distance level (
) of the barrier transmitter to level 0 (refer to the right picture.) Bring the receiver on the collar close to the barrier transmitter.
Press and hold the channel button (
) of the barrier transmitter for 2s.The collar will make two Di Di sounds, indicating successful pairing.
When pairing multiple collars, keep the successfully paired collars at least 0.5 feet away from the barrier transmitter to reduce interference.
Note: This step is pairing in mode A, and the above method can be used to pair B
Static intensity test
- Screw the contact points onto the collar and tightenit by using the test light hole.
- Place the bottom of the test light onto the contact points.Make sure the conductive wire inside the test light touches thetop of the contact points.
- When the collar sounds an alarm, observe the brightness ofthe test light Level 1: Faintlight, Level 6: High light
(Adjusting the barrier area range distance to level 1 makes testing easier.)
How to thread a collar
- Adjust the strap to your dog's neck size and align the rope with the hole on the receiver.
- Pass the rope through the hole on the receiver.
- Slide the buckle on the strap into place and thread the strap through the buckle to secure the collar length.
- Finally, fix the excess rope with a silicone ring.
- Get a length that fits your dog's neck.
Wearing the Collar

1.Adjust the collar tightness to your dog's neck circumference.

2.When wearing the collar, the tightness is fit if one finger can be inserted underneath.

3.If your dog has thick fur, please separate the fur at the neck to enable electrodes to reach the skin.

4.The traction rope cannot be put On the collar.Make sure that the collar is not exposed to other external pressures.
Wearing Precautions
- Wearing the collar for too long or too tightly can cause abrasion on the dog’s skin, leading to redness or bedsores.
- Make sure the dog does not wear the collar for more than 12 hours a day.
- Please readjust the position of the collar on the pet’s neck every 1to 2 hours. check the tightness of the collar regularly to prevent excessive pressure.
- Do not tie the leash to the receiver as this will cause excessive pressure on the collar.
- Please clean the contact area between the pet’s neck and the receiver with a damp cloth every week.
- Check the contact area every day for signs of rash or pain.
- If you notice a rash or pain on your dog, stop using the collar until the skin heals. If this condition persists for more than 48 hours, see a doctor immediately.
Training Tips
- Choose suitable contact points for your dog
- If the hair is too thick, separate it by hand so that the contactpoints touch the skin, making sure both sides touch the skin atthe same time
- The tightness of the collar tied to the dog’s neck is suitable forinserting a finger
- Static training is not recommended for dogs under 6 monthsof age, aged, in poor health, pregnant, aggressive, or aggressivetowards humans
- The level of static should start from level 0 or level 1
Start Your Pet's First Training Session
- Move your pet out of the barrier area.
- Power on the receiver collar and put it around your pet’s neck. Makesure the receiver is directly below your pet’s neck.
- Allow your pet to roam freely to learn the new boundary.
If your pet is confused or does not understand how to avoid the barrier area, you can teach your pet how to avoid the barrier area by following these simple training steps:
- Wear a second non-metal collar on top of your pet’s collar andattach a long leash. (Make sure this collar does not put pressureon the contact point of the receiving collar.)
- Walk your pet to the barrier area. Once you hear a sound or findyour pet receiving a static correction, gently pull it out of the barrierarea and back to the safe area.
- Give your pet a food reward every time it leaves the barrier area.
- Practice this technique several times until you feel your pet hasmastered the method of avoiding the barrier area.
Please do not force or lure your pet into the barrier area
