Q: How do I know when I need to recharge my batteries?
Depending on how often you use the product, the electronic fence will consume power faster when it is always on than when it is in dog training mode. When you don’t need the fence mode, please turn it off, which will greatly reduce the product’s power consumption rate. When the battery is low, the indicator light on the receiver will flash to remind you that it needs to be recharged.
Q:How should the ecollar fit on my dog?
For the device to function correctly, the metal prongs on the receiver must be in contact with the dog’s skin. You should be able to fit one finger between the receiver prongs and the dog’s neck. You can remove the contact when you don’t need to use electrostatic shock on your dog or when you don’t use this feature at all.
Q:Can a shock collar hurt a dog?
As long as you use the electric shock collar for dogs correctly according to our instructions, it will not cause any harm to your dog.
- Depending on the dog’s age and temperament: It is not recommended for dogs under one year old to wear an electric shock collar.
